Sylvie Ngompe is a Technology (PMP & ITIL certified), Public Speaking coach (Competent Communicator and Advance Leader Bronze – Toastmasters), Presentation skills trainer Executive Coach. Her 15 years of experience range from implementing Technology solution at banks (Cameroon, DRC, Ghana, Nigeria) and multinational corporations to executive coaching (Angola, Singapore), career/admissions coaching, leadership program management (Singapore, Cameroon). This international exposure gave her a better understanding of communication issues and business environment.
Her approach is personal, highly customized, and provides an accountability checkpoint and sounding board for companies desiring to develop and coach employees, high potential talents and executives.
